Nordstrom: Usability of Styling Appointment Flow
Sponsored project from Nordstrom as a part of Usability Studies class at UW. The client was facing high drop off rates on their appointment booking page for styling services offered at Nordstrom stores. Usability study was conducted to understand user flow and generate design recommendations for the website.

Nepal Seattle Hiking Community: Website Redesign
Web-design project undertaken for a not-for-profit and recreational group founded by Nepalese community in Seattle to enhance the functionality, traction and overall look of the website. The website is hosted on Squarespace and the feasibility of the designs depended on the platform.

CLIMATE ADVOCACY
350 Seattle: Website Redesign for Seattle Chapter
Summer project for a non-profit organisation for climate change and environmental activism. The older website intended to engage visitors more. Although the design was minimal, it lacked coherence of information. We had an open playground to evaluate and redesign the site given the constraints on WordPress.

Havells Sync App: Internet of Things Application Design Strategy
Havells, a home appliance company introduced new features for product purchase and associated services to the in-house mobile app, evolving from an IoT product to a meta app for the brand. Design research was conducted with cross-team collaboration to strategise integration of the new features to decision-making for the product.

INSURANCE
Vehicle Insurance: Usability and Measuring UX Index
Peepal Design, a design consultancy created their own method for measuring UX for any application or website that could be benchmarked alongside its direct or indirect competitors. This method involved both quantitative and qualitative approaches to measurement and user research. This project measures UX Index for websites that sell vehicle insurance to Indian customers.
